When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders.
How long until my pieces are delivered?
Delivery is usually 3-10 business days after purchase, depending on your location.
How long until my pieces are ready for in store pickup?
In store pick up of pieces will usually be available 1-4 business days after purchase, depending on stock and day of week.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to Orange county and San Diego county is a flat $79 fee. Los Angeles county is a flat fee of $99. Ventura county and san Bernadino county are a flat fee of $129. Outside of those areas please call for shipping quote.
Do you have a store?
We have 2 convenient locations at 11190 Talbert ave Fountain Valley CA, 92708 and 8990 Miramar rd San Diego, CA 92126.
How do I pay by check?
To pay by check or cash you will need to come into the store locations.
What about assembly?
Much of our furniture is assembled, but some of it is quick and easy to assemble. If you need a service to assemble your furniture, we suggest Impact Resource Group who can provide assembly services throughout most of the United States. Our model numbers are already programmed into their computer systems, so they can provide a quote quickly. If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this.
Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. An appointment by telephone is scheduled by the delivery company. Upstairs delivery can be arranged, please call for details.
Can I get an upstairs delivery?
Yes, for an additional fee we can arrange an upstairs delivery.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.
Who Handles Customer Service?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements, etc. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your new furniture that will direct you who to call in the event that service or replacement is needed. If this information is not available, please contact us for assistance. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
What if My Merchandise Arrives Damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers. As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product you ordered. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence Furniture outlet and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at Furniture Outlet try to remain the most customer friendly furniture store and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order, it might actually be already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not.
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.

What is the Return Policy?
ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. If for a customer service or other issue you are offered a refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 30% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning or exchanging since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances. All returned or exchanged products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available. Merchandise Sold “As is” or “Clearance” are FINAL and will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, refund or service. Extended warranties cannot be sold with merchandise purchased “As is”; those posted in error will be refunded.
All claims of defect must be received in writing within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and will be reviewed and if approved it will at our discretion be repaired or replacement
. The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Furniture Outlet.
Can you customize the furniture?
Yes, you would need to come into the store to see options and review options.
Are finish colors accurate?
We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry, however colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.
We pick our vendors very carefully. We require that they stock the furniture, package it to arrive safely and provide excellent service after the sale if needed. Also please understand that sometimes furniture does go on back order. We are entirely dependent on our suppliers to relay back order information. Please be understanding when these rare situations arise. Thank you!
